Logging In to 70jl Safely Every Time
Logging in to your 70jl account should be a quick, routine step before you start playing. The platform supports two login methods — password-based login using your registered username or mobile number, and OTP login where a one-time code is sent to your Philippine mobile number. Both methods are available on desktop and mobile.
If you're playing on your own personal device and you're the only one who uses it, the "keep me logged in" option makes sessions more convenient. On any shared device — a family computer, a tablet at home, or any device that other people can access — always log out when you're done. Your account and PHP balance are your responsibility once you're logged in.
Using OTP Login
OTP (one-time password) login is a more secure way to access your account without entering your password every time. When you request an OTP, a six-digit code is sent to your registered Philippine mobile number via SMS. Enter it within the validity window to complete login. If you don't receive the code within a minute or two, check that your registered number is active and has mobile signal, then request a new code.
If You Can't Log In
The most common login issues are a forgotten password or entering the wrong registered mobile number. Make sure you're using the same mobile number or username you registered with. If you've changed your number since registering, or if you no longer have access to your registered number for OTP, contact 70jl support at [email protected] — the support team can help verify your identity and restore access through your account information and KYC records.
Staying Secure After You Log In
Once you're in your account, keep a few things in mind. Don't share your credentials with anyone — not even to people you trust. 70jl staff will never ask for your password. If someone contacts you claiming to be from 70jl and asks for your login details, do not share them and report it to support immediately.
Review your account's active sessions periodically. If you see a session from a device or location you don't recognise, change your password right away and contact support. It's also a good habit to use a password that's unique to your 70jl account — one you don't use anywhere else online.
